The Company
We are a full service firm focusing on providing quality design and service for any type of project—from custom residences and remodels to mixed use, commercial office, institutional and master planning projects in the Seattle area.
The Student
The intern's work will be reviewed by the staff as well as the principal. Projects are completed on an individual as well as team basis depending upon experience and scope of each project.
Tasks:
- building code and zoning code research, schematic design, design development and construction document preparation
- interaction with local jurisdiction officials and clients
- engineering consultant coordination
- site survey and measurement
- construction administration |
